Gracie gave us a nice big grey filly "Black Forest Ideal Mystic Maid" on September 30^th at 4:10 PM.  She weighed in at 152 pounds and stands 44 inches.  Gracie surprised us this past spring by coming up pregnant even after we flushed an embryo from her on her last breeding in 2000, so Mystic was a late baby.  

• On Saturday, August 4th,  In the light of the full moon, Jewel, a Belgian embryo transfer mare, foaled a nice black colt of 41 inches, 150 lbs.  Black with 4 whites and a blaze.  He is the product of Gabby and Ideal. We have named him "Black Forest Ideal Moonshadow".  Click on his name to see his page.  
  
  

• June, another Embryo Transfer Belgian mare, gave us 42 inch, 160 lb. Gabby and Ideal colt on Friday, July 13.  He is a purebred English Shire colt, and is named Black Forest Ideal Superstition (Super).   He's big and black, with 4 whites and a blaze. (Picture at 8 hours old)
  

• Heidi had a 140 pound bay English Shire colt at 7:01 on April 18th.  Black Forest Ideal Benjamin is big and built.  He'll certainly be a show ring contender!

• Etti gave us a nice black Shire X Arab colt on Friday April 20 at 6:58 PM.  Picture of BFS Presto (Tony) are up on his page.  He is a full brother to BFS Presario, AKA Rio.
